Inside the app or on the website

1. Open Awraqi on your phone, or sign in on the web at the Settings page.
2. In Settings, open Your data.
3. If you own the family account: tap Delete the whole family, type the word "delete" and then your password.
   If you are a family member: tap Leave the family and delete my account and type your password.

Before deleting you can download a full copy of your data and files with Export all data.

Without opening the app

E-mail [support e-mail] from your account e-mail with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is your address and delete the account within 7 days at most.

What is deleted

• Deleting the family: everything, immediately: accounts, family members, documents and dates, details, instalments and scanned files (and their keys).
• Deleting a member: that member's account and sessions. The family's documents stay for the other members.
• Encrypted backups are erased automatically within 35 days at most. The security log (no document content) is deleted after 12 months.
• If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
