كيف تستخدم أوراقي.How to use Awraqi.

أول ما تراه: حالة أوراق العائلة، وما يحتاج انتباهك.The first screen: the state of the family's papers and what needs you.

1. 1بحثSearchابحث في كل الأوراق والملفات، وحتى في النص المقروء من الصور.Search all papers and files, even the text read from pictures.
2. 2التنبيهاتAlertsكل ما يحتاج انتباهك في قائمة واحدة، الأقرب موعدًا أولًا. الرقم الأحمر هو العدد.Everything that needs you in one list, nearest date first. The red number is the count.
3. 3حالة الأوراقPapers at a glanceكم ورقة منتهية، وقريبة، وسارية. اضغط أي رقم لترى هذه الأوراق.How many papers are expired, soon or valid. Tap a number to see those papers.
4. 4إضافة فردAdd a personأضف فردًا جديدًا إلى العائلة: الاسم وصلة القرابة.Add a new person to the family: name and relation.
5. 5العائلةFamilyصفحة العائلة: الأفراد، ومن يمكنه الدخول إلى الحساب.The Family page: the people, and who can sign in to the account.
6. 6تصويرScanافتح الكاميرا لتصوير ورقة جديدة.Open the camera to scan a new paper.
7. 7نسخة الهويةID copyصوّر الهوية بوجهيها، واحصل على نسخة A4 جاهزة.Scan both sides of an ID and get a ready A4 copy.
8. 8خطة السنةYear planما ينتهي في كل شهر من الأشهر الاثني عشر القادمة.What is due in each of the next twelve months.

10. 10جدّدتهاRenewedبعد التجديد عند الجهة الرسمية، اكتب التاريخ الجديد هنا مباشرة.After renewing with the official entity, type the new date right here.
11. 11زر الكاميراCamera buttonالزر الأزرق في الوسط: صوّر من أي شاشة.The blue button in the middle: scan from any screen.
12. 12الشريط السفليBottom barتنقّل بين الرئيسية، والأوراق، والأدوات، وحسابي.Move between Home, Papers, Tools and Me.

كل أوراق العائلة، مرتّبة لكل فرد.All the family's papers, sorted per person.

1. 1إضافة ورقةAdd a paperصوّر الورقة، أو اكتب نوعها وتاريخ انتهائها فقط.Scan the paper, or just type its kind and expiry date.
2. 2الأوراق والملفاتPapers and files«الأوراق» لها تواريخ وتذكير، و«الملفات» كل ما صوّرته أو أرفقته."Papers" have dates and reminders; "Files" are everything you scanned or attached.
3. 3البحثSearchابحث بالاسم أو النوع، أو بكلمة داخل الورقة.Search by name or kind, or by a word inside the paper.
4. 4الأشخاصPeopleاختر شخصًا لترى أوراقه فقط.Pick a person to see only their papers.
5. 5الحالةStateاعرض الكل، أو المنتهية، أو القريبة، أو السارية. الرقم هو العدد.Show all, expired, soon or valid. The number is the count.
6. 6الورقةA paperاضغطها لتفتح صفحتها. بجانبها الأيام الباقية بلون الحالة.Tap it to open its page. Next to it: the days left, in the state's colour.

كل ما يخص ورقة واحدة.Everything about one paper.

1. 1رجوعBackالعودة إلى قائمة الأوراق.Back to the papers list.
2. 2المزيدMoreتعديل الورقة أو حذفها.Edit or delete the paper.
3. 3صورة الورقةThe pictureصورة الورقة المحفوظة، والرقم عليها عدد الملفات. اضغطها لتكبيرها.The saved picture of the paper; the number on it is how many files it has. Tap to zoom.
4. 4النوع والتاريخKind and dateنوع الورقة وصاحبها وتاريخ انتهائها، ومتى يصلك التذكير.The kind of paper, whose it is, its expiry date and when you are reminded.
5. 5جدّدتها؟Renewed?اكتب التاريخ الجديد بعد التجديد، فيبدأ العدّ والتذكير من جديد.Type the new date after renewing; counting and reminders start again.
6. 6إرسال نسخةSend copyأرسل الورقة عبر واتساب أو البريد أو أي تطبيق في هاتفك.Send the paper on WhatsApp, by email or with any app on your phone.
7. 7رابطLinkرابط مشاركة يُغلق وحده: مدة، وعدد مرات فتح، وكلمة مرور.A share link that closes by itself: a time, an open limit and a password.
8. 8النصTextالنص المقروء من الورقة: انسخه أو عدّله أو حوّله إلى Word.The text read from the paper: copy it, fix it or turn it into Word.
9. 9عرضShowافتح الصورة كاملة وكبّرها.Open the full picture and zoom in.
10. 10تصويرScanصوّر الورقة من جديد أو أضف صفحات.Scan the paper again or add pages.
11. 11التقويمCalendarأضف موعد الانتهاء إلى تقويم هاتفك.Add the expiry date to your phone calendar.
12. 12ملف واحدOne fileاجمع أوراق هذا الشخص التي تختارها في ملف PDF واحد للإرسال.Put the papers of this person that you pick into one PDF to send.

1. 1التقاط تلقائيAuto captureيصوّر وحده عندما يجد الورقة ويثبت الهاتف. أطفئه لتصوّر بنفسك.Takes the picture by itself when it finds the paper and the phone is still. Turn it off to shoot yourself.
2. 2جودة عالية HDHD qualityيفتح كاميرا الهاتف نفسها لصورة بأعلى جودة، ثم يجد الورقة فيها.Opens the phone's own camera for the best picture, then finds the paper in it.

5. 5إغلاقCloseاخرج من الكاميرا. يسألك أولًا إن كانت هناك صفحات لم تُحفظ.Leave the camera. It asks first if some pages are not saved.
6. 6نوع البطاقةCard typeالهوية، ورخصة القيادة، والملكية، والتأمين الصحي، وبطاقة العمل: تُحفظ النسخة تحت نوعها.Emirates ID, driving licence, vehicle licence, health insurance, labour card: the copy is filed under its kind.

5. 5دعوة فردInvite someoneادعُ زوجك أو زوجتك أو أحد أفراد العائلة ليدخل إلى الحساب.Invite your spouse or a family member to sign in to the account.

في حساب الشركة: الرئيسية هي لوحة الشركة.In a company account, the home screen is the company dashboard.

1. 1الحالة حسب المدةState by time leftمنتهية، وحتى 30 يومًا، و31 إلى 60، و61 إلى 90، وسارية.Expired, up to 30 days, 31–60, 61–90 and valid.
2. 2إضافة موظفAdd employeeأضف موظفًا: الاسم والقسم والرقم الوظيفي.Add an employee: name, department and employee number.
3. 3الموظفونEmployeesقائمة كل الموظفين.The list of all employees.
