This page explains, in simple words, what Awraqi does and does not do. It is part of the Terms of use. Awraqi is a service run by [Company / licence-holder name].

We are not a government entity

Awraqi is an independent service, not affiliated with any government entity. We do not renew papers, submit applications or pay anything for you. Renewing and paying are always done with the official entity.

Reminders depend on the right date

Awraqi reminds you based on the date you type or confirm. We do our best for every reminder to arrive, but email, calendar and notification delivery also depend on email providers and on your device. So keep an eye on your important dates yourself too, and do not rely on a single reminder.

Automatic reading can make mistakes

Text reading, card reading, translation, conversion to Word, Excel and PowerPoint, counting and measuring are all automatic and can make mistakes, especially with unclear pictures. Check the result before using it for anything official. Measurements are approximate.

Copies do not replace the original

The ID copies and pictures the app makes are for everyday use; they do not replace the original or a certified copy when an entity asks for one.

Other people's papers

When you keep your family members' or employees' papers, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for letting them know. In a company account, give each person only the rights they need.

Share links

Anyone who opens a link you sent can see the paper and may save a copy. Send links only to people you trust, and use a password, a short time and a watermark for important papers.
