خطوات البدايةGetting started

  1. أنشئ حسابكCreate your account

    1. اضغط «أنشئ حسابًا مجانًا»، واختر «عائلة» أو «شركة».Press "Create free account" and choose "Family" or "Company".
    2. اكتب اسمك وبريدك وكلمة مرور (8 أحرف على الأقل).Type your name, email and a password (at least 8 characters).
    3. افتح رسالة التأكيد في بريدك واضغط الرابط.Open the confirmation email and press the link.

  2. أضف العائلة أو الموظفينAdd family or employees

    1. العائلة: من الرئيسية اضغط «إضافة فرد»، واكتب الاسم وصلة القرابة.Family: on Home press "Add a person" and type the name and relation.
    2. الشركة: «إضافة موظف» لموظف واحد، أو «استيراد من Excel» لكثيرين.Company: "Add employee" for one, or "Import from Excel" for many.

  3. صوّر أول ورقةScan your first paper

    1. على الهاتف اضغط زر الكاميرا الأزرق في الوسط.On the phone press the blue camera button in the middle.
    2. ضع الورقة على سطح داكن في ضوء جيد، وثبّت الهاتف. يصوّر وحده.Lay the paper on a dark surface in good light and hold still. It takes the picture by itself.
    3. اختر الشخص، وراجع النوع وتاريخ الانتهاء، ثم احفظ.Pick the person, check the kind and expiry date, then save.

  4. شغّل التذكير في تقويم هاتفكTurn on reminders in your calendar

    1. من «حسابي» اختر «التقويم».In "Me" choose "Calendar".
    2. اضغط «اشترك»، ووافق في تطبيق التقويم. تظهر المواعيد مع تنبيه.Press "Subscribe" and accept in your calendar app. The dates show with an alert.
    3. تذكير البريد يعمل وحده بعد تأكيد بريدك.Email reminders work by themselves once your email is confirmed.

  5. ادعُ أحدًا إلى الحسابInvite someone to the account

    1. العائلة: من صفحة العائلة اضغط «دعوة فرد».Family: on the Family page press "Invite someone".
    2. الشركة: من «الفريق والصلاحيات»، واختر الدور.Company: from "Team and roles", and pick the role.
    3. يصله رابط الدعوة، فيدخل ببريده وكلمة مروره.They get the invite link and sign in with their own email and password.

  6. استورد الموظفين من ExcelImport employees from Excel

    1. من «الاستيراد والتقارير» نزّل قالب Excel أو CSV.In "Import and reports" download the Excel or CSV template.
    2. املأ موظفًا في كل صف، والتواريخ بالشكل الظاهر في القالب.Fill one employee per row, with dates in the format shown in the template.
    3. ارفع الملف، وراجع المعاينة والأخطاء، ثم احفظ.Upload it, check the preview and any errors, then save.

  7. أضف أوراقي إلى الشاشة الرئيسيةAdd Awraqi to your home screen

    • الآيفون (Safari): زر المشاركة ثم «إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية».iPhone (Safari): the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
    • أندرويد (Chrome): القائمة ثم «تثبيت التطبيق».Android (Chrome): the menu, then "Install app".

  8. أرسل ورقة بأمانSend a paper safely

    • من صفحة الملف اختر «رابط مشاركة»: المدة، وعدد مرات الفتح، وكلمة مرور.On the file choose "Share link": the time, the open limit and a password.
    • أرسل كلمة المرور في رسالة منفصلة عن الرابط.Send the password in a separate message from the link.
    • أو أضف علامة مائية مثل «نسخة للبنك فقط».Or add a watermark such as "Copy for the bank only".

مشكلات شائعة وحلولهاCommon problems and fixes

لم تصلني رسالة التأكيد أو التذكيرThe confirmation or reminder email did not arrive
  • ابحث في مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (Junk / Spam).Look in the Junk / Spam folder.
  • تأكد أن البريد مكتوب صحيحًا في «حسابي» ثم «الحساب».Check the email is right in "Me", then "Account".
  • أعد إرسال رسالة التأكيد من الشريط في الرئيسية.Send the confirmation again from the bar on Home.
الكاميرا لا تفتحThe camera does not open
  • اسمح للمتصفح باستخدام الكاميرا عندما يسألك.Allow the browser to use the camera when it asks.
  • الآيفون: الإعدادات ثم Safari ثم الكاميرا ثم «سماح».iPhone: Settings, then Safari, then Camera, then "Allow".
  • أغلق التطبيقات الأخرى التي تستخدم الكاميرا، ثم أعد فتح الصفحة.Close other apps using the camera, then reload the page.
على الكمبيوتر يظهر رمز QR بدل الكاميراOn a computer a QR code shows instead of the camera

هذا طبيعي: التصوير على الهاتف. صوّر الرمز بكاميرا هاتفك لتكمل عليه، وتجد الصور بعد ذلك في حسابك على الكمبيوتر.That is normal: scanning happens on the phone. Scan the code with your phone camera to carry on there; the pictures then show in your account on the computer.

الصورة مهتزة أو غير واضحةThe picture is shaky or not clear
  • ثبّت الهاتف حتى تختفي رسالة «ثبّت الهاتف».Hold the phone still until the "Hold the phone still" note goes away.
  • ضوء جيد بدون انعكاس، والورقة على سطح داكن.Good light without glare, the paper on a dark surface.
  • زر HD يفتح كاميرا الهاتف نفسها لأعلى جودة.The HD button opens the phone's own camera for the best quality.
قراءة النص أو الترجمة بطيئة في أول مرةText reading or translation is slow the first time

في أول استخدام تُنزَّل ملفات القراءة أو الترجمة إلى هاتفك مرة واحدة. اترك الصفحة مفتوحة، ويُفضّل الاتصال بشبكة Wi-Fi. بعد ذلك تصبح أسرع.The first time, the reading or translation files are downloaded to your phone once. Keep the page open, ideally on Wi-Fi. After that it is faster.

لا أستطيع الدخول، أو تظهر «محاولات كثيرة»I cannot log in, or I see "too many attempts"
  • انتظر بضع دقائق، ثم حاول مرة أخرى.Wait a few minutes, then try again.
  • نسيت كلمة المرور؟ اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور» في صفحة الدخول، فيصلك رابط في بريدك.Forgot the password? Press "Forgot password" on the login page and a link comes to your email.
التقويم لا يُظهر آخر التغييراتThe calendar does not show the latest changes

تطبيقات التقويم تحدّث الاشتراكات كل بضع ساعات. انتظر قليلًا، أو احذف الاشتراك وأضفه من جديد من «حسابي» ثم «التقويم».Calendar apps refresh subscriptions every few hours. Wait a while, or remove the subscription and add it again from "Me", then "Calendar".
