لسنا جهة حكومية
Paperota خدمة مستقلة، وليست تابعة لأي جهة حكومية. لا نجدّد الأوراق، ولا نقدّم طلبات، ولا ندفع شيئًا نيابة عنك. التجديد والدفع يتمّان دائمًا عند الجهة الرسمية.
التذكير يعتمد على التاريخ الصحيح
يذكّرك Paperota حسب التاريخ الذي تكتبه أو تؤكده. نبذل جهدنا ليصل كل تذكير، لكن وصول البريد والتقويم والإشعارات يعتمد أيضًا على مزوّدي البريد وعلى جهازك. لذلك تابع تواريخ أوراقك المهمة بنفسك أيضًا، ولا تعتمد على تذكير واحد.
القراءة الآلية قد تخطئ
قراءة النص، وقراءة البطاقات، والقراءة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والترجمة، والتحويل إلى Word وExcel وPowerPoint، والعدّ والقياس، وأسعار الصرف، كلها تتم آليًا وقد تخطئ، خاصة مع الصور غير الواضحة، ولا نضمن دقتها. راجع النتيجة قبل أن تستخدمها في أي شيء رسمي. القياس تقريبي.
النسخ ليست بديلًا عن الأصل
نسخة الهوية والصور التي يصنعها التطبيق للاستخدام اليومي، ولا تغني عن الأصل أو عن نسخة مصدّقة عندما تطلبها جهة ما.
أوراق غيرك
عندما تحفظ أوراق أفراد عائلتك أو موظفيك، فأنت مسؤول عن أن يكون لك الحق في ذلك وأن يعرفوا به. وفي حساب الشركة، أعطِ كل شخص الصلاحية التي يحتاجها فقط.
المصروفات والعهدة
قسم الفواتير والمصروفات والعهدة أداة تنظيم، وليس محاسبة ولا استشارة ضريبية. راجع سجلاتك مع محاسبك.
روابط المشاركة
من يفتح رابطًا أرسلته يستطيع رؤية الورقة، وقد يحفظ نسخة منها. أرسل الروابط لمن تثق به فقط، واستخدم كلمة مرور ومدة قصيرة وعلامة مائية للأوراق المهمة. ويبقى الرابط يعمل حتى موعد انتهائه حتى لو انتهى اشتراكك، إلا إذا أغلقته.

We are not a government entity
Paperota is an independent service, not affiliated with any government entity. We do not renew papers, submit applications or pay anything for you. Renewing and paying are always done with the official entity.
Reminders depend on the right date
Paperota reminds you based on the date you type or confirm. We do our best for every reminder to arrive, but email, calendar and notification delivery also depend on email providers and on your device. So keep an eye on your important dates yourself too, and do not rely on a single reminder.
Automatic reading can make mistakes
Text reading, card reading, AI reading, translation, conversion to Word, Excel and PowerPoint, counting, measuring and exchange rates are all automatic and can make mistakes, especially with unclear pictures, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. Check the result before using it for anything official. Measurements are approximate.
Copies do not replace the original
The ID copies and pictures the app makes are for everyday use; they do not replace the original or a certified copy when an entity asks for one.
Other people’s papers
When you keep your family members’ or employees’ papers, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for letting them know. In a company account, give each person only the rights they need.
Expenses and petty cash
The bills, expenses and petty cash section is an organising tool, not accounting or tax advice. Check your records with your accountant.
Share links
Anyone who opens a link you sent can see the paper and may save a copy. Send links only to people you trust, and use a password, a short time and a watermark for important papers. A link keeps working until its end time even if your plan ends, unless you close it.
