Normal text reading and translation run on your phone; they are downloaded once, the first time you use them.

لكل نوع مواعيد مناسبة: قبل 60 و30 و7 أيام للإقامة والهوية ورخصة القيادة، وقبل 6 أشهر و3 أشهر وشهر للجواز. ويمكنك تغيير المواعيد لكل ورقة.Each type has suitable times: 60, 30 and 7 days before for residence permits, IDs and driving licences; 6 months, 3 months and 1 month before for passports. You can change them for any paper.

When you save the paper, the picture and the text read from it are stored encrypted in your account, so you can search it.

لا. يكفي نوع الورقة والشخص وتاريخ الانتهاء. الأرقام اختيارية، وإذا كتبتها أو قرأها التطبيق وحفظتها، تُحفظ مشفّرة.No. The paper type, the person and the expiry date are enough. Numbers are optional, and if you type them, or the app reads them and you save them, they are stored encrypted.

What you write to info@paperota.com reaches us through an email forwarding provider, and we use it only to answer you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

يبقى في «المحذوفات» 30 يومًا لتتمكن من استرجاعه، ثم يُحذف نهائيًا. وتُمسح النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 35 يومًا على الأكثر بعد ذلك.It stays in Recently deleted for 30 days so you can restore it, then it is deleted for good. Backups are erased within 35 days at most after that.

You can export a copy of everything first. The account closes at once: no login, and share links and reminders stop. The data stays for 60 days, during which it can be restored if you write to us, then it is deleted for good. The full steps are in Delete your account.

التصوير على الهاتف. على الكمبيوتر تعمل الأدوات العادية، وأدوات الكاميرا تعرض رمز QR، صوّره بهاتفك لتكمل عليه.Scanning is on the phone. On a computer the regular tools work, and camera tools show a QR code; scan it with your phone to carry on there.

A file is uploaded only if you choose to save it in your account, send it to AI reading, or use it in a share link, a message attachment, a list import or the QR between phone and computer.

It is only a proposal: check it, correct it, then save. It is off by default; the account owner (or an admin in a company account) turns it on in Me, then AI.

Your other papers are not sent. This happens when you press the AI button, or if you turn on reading new files yourself on the upload screen. It goes to our AI service provider so that the AI agent can read it and return the details, and it is not used to train AI. We keep the result only if you save it, and we do not record the file or the result. A smart import table stays encrypted for 30 minutes so you can review it, then it is deleted. If an employee deletes their login, their papers stay with the company until it deletes them.
