هذه الأوراق مشفّرة تشفيرًا قويًا، وبمفتاح منفصل لكل حساب. لا نفك تشفيرها إلا لنقدّم لك الخدمة: عرض ملفاتك، وإرسال التذكير، والبحث في النص. كلمة مرورك محفوظة بطريقة لا يمكن عكسها، ولا نرى رقم بطاقة الدفع ولا نحفظه.Those papers have strong encryption, with a separate key for each account. We unlock them only to give you the service: showing your files, sending reminders and searching the text. Your password is stored in a form that can’t be reversed, and we never see or store your payment card number.

The secret calendar link shows the paper type, name and date to anyone who has it, and you can change it.

لا توجد في أدوات فريقنا شاشة تعرض أوراقك، ولا يفتح أحد منا أي ورقة إلا إذا طلبت ذلك للدعم أو اشترطه القانون. وتعرض أدواتنا بيانات الحسابات وسجل النشاط وسجلات إرسال البريد.Our team’s tools have no screen that shows your papers, and nobody here opens a paper unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it. Our tools do show account details, the activity log and email delivery records.

لا يصل إلى كل جهة إلا ما يحتاجه دورها: الاستضافة تخزّن بياناتك، والملفات فيها مشفّرة، وخدمة البريد ترى العنوان ونص الرسالة، ونص التذكير فيه نوع الورقة واسم الشخص وتاريخها.Each receives only what its role needs: hosting stores your data, with the files encrypted, and the email service sees the address and the message. A reminder’s text has the paper type, the person’s name and the date.

أوقف أي رابط متى شئت من «حسابي» ثم «الروابط المشاركة». وتطبيقات المحادثة التي ترسم معاينة للرابط لا ترى منه شيئًا خاصًا، لأن الملف لا يظهر قبل أن يضغط المستلم «فتح».Stop any link whenever you like, in Me > Shared links. Chat apps that draw a link preview get nothing private, because the file shows only after the receiver presses Open.

القراءة بالذكاء الاصطناعي اختيارية.AI reading is your choice.
متوقفة في البداية. يشغّلها صاحب الحساب أو مدير في حساب الشركة، بعد أن يقرأ ما يُرسل ويوافق عليه، ويوقفها متى شاء من «حسابي» ثم «الذكاء الاصطناعي».It is off to begin with. The account owner, or an admin in a company account, turns it on after reading and agreeing to what is sent, and can turn it off at any time in Me > AI.
- لا يُرسل شيء إلا عندما تضغط زر الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو تشغّل بنفسك قراءة الملفات الجديدة في شاشة الرفع. ويُرسل الملف الذي اخترته، ومعه اسم صاحب الورقة إن حددته، واسم الملف، وقائمة أنواع الأوراق. ولا تُرسل أوراقك الأخرى.Nothing is sent unless you press an AI button, or turn on reading new files yourself on the upload screen. The file you chose is sent, with its owner’s name if you picked one, the file’s name and the list of paper types. Your other papers are not sent.

من حقك أن تعرف ما نحفظه عنك، وأن تصحّحه، وأن تحذفه. ويستطيع صاحب الحساب تصدير كل البيانات أو حذف الحساب من «حسابي» ثم «بياناتك». وفي حساب الشركة يوجّه الموظف طلبه إلى جهة عمله أولًا، وسنساعدها على الرد.You can ask what we keep about you, correct it and delete it. The account owner can export all the data or delete the account in Me > Your data. In a company account, employees ask their employer first, and we help it answer.
